Tom is an UK based photographer whose work explores the nature of reality and the perception of places and our emotional relationship with these places. Tom personal projects are based on expressing ideas based around the Eastern philosophies. His images aim to engage the viewer by challenging them to contemplate and reflect of how they own sense of reality. “ I constantly engage myself in this process which is always evolving my personal understanding of my preconceived view of the places I find choose to photograph.”
Tom’s images are created using natural light and a recorded with medium and Large format film cameras. Staying present is always a part of the process of creating the Tom’s work which brings a more mindful and considered approach to the images.
