I received my BFA in 1983 from Old Dominion University and my MFA in 1992 from Old Dominion University and Norfolk State University – Joint Graduate Program. I have been teaching in the Tidewater area since1992. For the last 25 years I have been very fortunate to teach at the Visual Arts Center, Tidewater Community College. I currently hold the position of Professor and Head of the Photography Department. I am a working artist / photographer. I specialize in fine art photography and have exhibited my work since the early 90’s.
