Tony DeVarco is a lens based artist living and working in Santa Cruz, CA. In 2005 he reinvented his artistic practice with a fresh vision and new tools. Through his years in the digital environments of Silicon Valley and while traveling regularly for Silicon Graphics and Hewlett Packard Enterprise to Japan, Europe and other locations around the globe, his artist’s tools became more technological and ephemeral – a laptop and a digital camera. With these tools, he has explored a completely unique lens based approach to the creation of digital photomontages.
