After attending the Liceo Artistico and the graphic design degree at the European Design Institute in Milan, I began my profession working on printing, publishing, web, and interaction design. Music devourer - have collaborated with the monthly rock magazine Jam - and passionate about auteur cinema, I approached photography in recent times receiving awards and mentions in several international contests. In the second part of 2016, I was in China for two artist residencies where I made extensive reports on the city of Wuhan, on the development of the cities of Inner Mongolia and the slow disappearing of some urban villages in Shenzhen and Shanghai. In 2017 I attended the Master in Photography of the European Design Institute in Milan directed by Silvia Lelli. My work, mainly focused on the discovery of unique and desolate urban landscapes, has been published in numerous online and offline publications including Domus, Life Framer, Vice, Fubiz, Divisare, Photography of China, Creative Boom, Camera Infinita, il Fotografo, Style Magazine. I've exhibited in solo and group shows in Milan, Catania, Naples, Paris, and New York. My work is represented by Phinest [Zurich], Photography of China [Paris] and Urbanautica [Treviso]. In the course of 2018, I traveled across Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and China due to some magazines reportage. With Steve Bisson’s Urbanautica Institute, I published a book titled ‘The Post-War Dream,’ a visual journey into the Anthropocene and a comparison between contemporary China and the second post world war Italian urban landscape.
