Irish born, now living in Seattle, I started out as a darkroom tech in Irish newspapers, eventually became a photographer. I am drawn to news and documentary style work. I have been making images on city streets for over 25 years, before I knew there was a thing called street photography. I try to work with a theme or mental construct. I am interested in divergence and borders.
