About Elena Bouvier

Elena Bouvier is a Philadelphia-based artist working with artist books, photography, drawing, non-silver and intaglio printmaking. She received an Associate Degree from Antonelli Institute, a BFA in photography from Moore College of Art and Design and an MFA in Book Arts and Printmaking from the University of the Arts. She is also the first Moore graduate to be a Fulbright Scholar. Elena spent the year at the Fachhochschule Fachbereich Design, Bielefeld, Germany.

Elena has been published in Down Beat, Jazz Times, The Wall Street Journal and numerous other local and national publications. She has exhibited nationally and internationally, and her work is held in the collections of The Newark Public Library, University of Pennsylvania Van Pelt-Dietrich Library, Print and Picture Collection of the Free Library of Philadelphia, Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, Chemical Heritage Foundation and several private collections..
