Kako Abraham creates new imaginary worlds through photography. Conceptualizes in the form of pictures. The characters, scenes and situations that he conceives are dramatic and profound in a way that might turn abstract.
He create immersive pieces of art that challenge all the senses. You can almost smell bodies. Listen to the rain. Feel the textures and volumes. They are eye-catching and sophisticated images full of complex emotions that you can feel under your skin. And they won’t let go.
Kako´s work is shocking. It makes you think. React. That is why his conceptual fine art is not suitable for frivolous or prudish. It’s for people that are not afraid of looking inside.
He began studying graphic and web design in 2005 at ORT University Uruguay. For almost a decade he worked in both fields as a freelancer, working with clients from New York City, Madrid, Barcelona, Santiago de Chile and Montevideo.
At the same time, he started to take several photography courses in Montevideo, until 2014, when he went to the School
of Visual Arts in New York City. In this prestigious school, he studied fashion and advertising photography and took several lighting courses and workshops.
Nowadays he lives in Miami, where he keeps enlarging his international projection and besides his commercial work, Kako Abraham also develops personal art projects.
