About KENGO MAEDA

Kengo Maeda
A camera boy who has loved photography since he was a child grows up and becomes involved in photography. Influenced by photographer Jean-Eugène Atget when he was a student, he created works as his life work to capture the cityscape of Yokohama. After graduating from university, he joined a major photo studio that belongs to a hotel. He learned the basics of business photography there when he was still using silver halide cameras, and when he was in the hotel photo studio, he was in charge of photographing parties and weddings for professional athletes, celebrities, and politicians. In addition to filming V.I.Ps, he is also involved in filming royal family members.
