Originally from South Korea, Mijoo Kim holds a MFA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2015 and a BFA with an emphasis in photography from the School of Art Institute of Chicago, IL. Her work has been exhibited in the U.S nationally and internationally. She is a 2014-15 Teaching Fellow and a visiting lecturer at the University of North Carolina and her work is in the public collection of FedEx Global Education at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and Center for Photography at Woodstock.
