Daughters of the Desert

A portrait series of the intersectional feminist creatives of the high desert. Each person chooses a location that inspires them most and is then photographed with a large format camera, using 4x5 film. This project began as a way to strengthen the community and highlight everyone's work, has evolved into a 500+ collective. So far I've photographed 120 members.
