Transition: transition from one way of being or from one life to another, from a condition or a new situation.
When I was in high school, studying art, I was very influenced by the Romanticism, and mainly by the German painter Caspar David Friedrich. Each of his works is an emblem of infinity. The latter is the key word of his life. Nature, in full romantic spirit, becomes for Friedrich the place where man loses himself in the contemplative admiration of the landscape, representation of an inner introspection that leads him towards infinity. He said: "The painter must not only paint what he sees in front of him, but also what he sees in himself"
This is what I want the viewer to pass through the visual language of photography.
I want to elevate the spirit of the observer; with my artistic vision I want you to contemplate my photography as a new vision, a rebirth. My photography essentially derives from the aesthetic pleasure of the image, often the result of serendipity, which then leads me to a careful introspective reflection of my own image. I was mainly impressed by the great photographer Sebastiao Salgado. I love black and white because it is a unique vision to test one's conception of reality.
"Close your physical eye in order to see your painting with the eye of the spirit" (Caspar David Friedrich). This eye for me is "THE EYE OF SENSITIVITY"
Thus I observe the world: to have another vision of things; to amaze and amaze me; to seek the light even in the most common subjects.
