south of Iran

These photos are the result of a trip to south of Iran (islands of Hengam, Qeshm and Hormuz) in January 2020. These islands are located in the Persian Gulf. The people of these areas are not rich particularly in Hormuz and Hengam. In the past, men's jobs were mostly fishing.But nowadays they are busy providing services to tourists due to the decrease in fishing and the increase in tourists. Despite the poor financial situation, the islanders look happy. Most families are populated. There mass number of children is more visible than other things on the island. The job of women is the selling crafts. They make and sell mussels and other things from the sea, jewelry and other things. At the same time they are doing , their motherly and children caring .
