Justices’ is an everyday scene in East Belfast. Through photographing
text-based street-level advertisements and mural proclamations, Robb’s
work is a reflection on communication strategies of both paramilitaries
and the police.
Set in a timeframe of 21 years post-Good Friday agreement, this work
highlights the struggle of both the Loyalist community and the police
authorities. Both forces exert power over the other as influencers within
the East Belfast community.
