We live in a time where anything and everything is constantly photographed and uploaded to the “cloud,” to be instantly viewed, "Liked," and dismissed. Images are ephemeral and a thousand points of light becomes the glitter of a thousand cell phone screens at the ends of selfie sticks. Nevertheless, the light and the world that inspired artists before us are still there. Elliott Erwitt wrote that, "Photography is simply a function of noticing things." These images are an attempt to do that.
