Revealing Light

A lifetime of seeking what I believe in has brought me to this ongoing project; exploring light as a metaphor for a living consciousness and the possibility of disembodied life continuing on as pure energy. I can not show you the many ways that light has presented itself to my camera in ten images. This is a smattering of the forms and structures I have found in the atmosphere around us. Wherever there is a source of light, this sublime exchange of energy is happening beneath our ability to perceive it. Light surrounds us in packets and waves; it radiates, blooms, flares, drifts, and dissipates in a variety of elemental states. What else is light capable of? Exposing the mystery of light in all its shapes, forms, and elemental properties has become my mission.
