Living Namaste

As I have traveled across the globe, it has become more and more crystalized to me that the words of greeting are so powerful and ennoble us. The very first moment of connection can be a sanctuary of the heart and mind. As we journey out to capture the spirit of place, the people, the culture, the landscapes of nature, we should also journey into our spirit of being. We cross thresholds and are forever changed by an awakening.
