Something Ain't Right

Living on the outskirts of what is the urban sprawl of Mexico City for 20 years, I have been witness to the "suburbanization" of the area and with it a decline in the natural environment. Despite the fact my particular neighborhood is fortunate to have many green areas, there has been a definite reduction in the number and type of birds and insects we see in the garden and parks. These absences are difficult to capture, even to remember, so this project is an attempt to show "Something Ain't Right" in the environment, a glut of dead trees wherever you look.
