With this final assignment of a series of photos I graduated with the greatest distinction at the Academy for Photography in Mol, Belgium.
When I visited an abandoned castle, it flashed me back to memories of my youth.
Not that we lived in a castle, but the atmosphere of the oriental carpets, the stained glass, the furniture, the lighting, the old radio and the open fireplace made me feel home again.
I photographed the interior and inserted old family pictures in the setting of the castle.
The bodies in the photos are transparent and not complete because they deal with memories.
