THE THEATER OF MISTAKES

“The Theater of Mistakes” is a series of photographs of a life drawing class, whereby models were instructed to adopt a posture of their own accord for three minutes after which they would change into a different one. There was no choreography whatsoever therefore the title expresses the attempt to find the perfect configuration with every change. It was shot with black and white infrared film (3 minutes exposure) and sepia toned to give it a drawing quality.
