While I have worked with a variety of mediums, what truly captivates me is integrating photography with printmaking. I print monotypes without a traditional press, using a brayer or pinpress for each one-of-a-kind print. I love capturing images with my digital, instant or pinhole camera, as well as the element of surprise that comes with printmaking. The monoprint or photograph can become the underprint or overprint. Sometimes it’s hard to tell where the monoprint ends and the photograph begins.
