Alchemy of souls

This series of photographs is a deep dive into my inner universe. Using a film camera, as well as darkroom alternative processes, ended up being the right tools to open those specific gates of my world. To get as close as possible to the narrative of that place, I needed to experiment with unconventional materials and techniques (saliva, black ink, salt crystallisation…) “Alchemy of souls” is a layered and dreamy journey. It is dark but it’s also very bright. It is sharp but it’s also blurry and soft. It’s that kind of a place that it’s better to be in it than to talk about it.
