Friction Ridge and Me

Through time, archeologists and historians have drawn on the handprint to create identity markers of the human race at each developmental stage, as well as geographical circumstances. I’m drawing on this to create a body of work currently titled Friction Ridge and Me by attempting to tie each person's handprint of the dominant hand directly to their portrait. One identity marker claims the other.
