These photos were taken in Los Angeles, during the worst predicted tropical storm to hit the west coast in almost a century. It brought inches of rain to the southland. Locals were informed to stay at home and off the streets, and for the most part, the streets were quiet. The rain was pelting down, creating an unusual experience for Hollywood tourists and locals alike.
