Taking a moment in time. Marry Wards sisters - 300 years of the congragatio jesu Merano

I had the privilege to accompany the old sisters of the Concregatio Jesu in Meran as in 2023 they celebrated 300 years of powerful, empowering work for women in the County of South Tyrol. In times, when education was a privilege of men, they founded schools for women. Furthermore, in several moments of history, e.g. at the end of the fascist era in Italy, they were the only ones able to provide teachers for the education system. The joy and conscientiousness they put into their everyday work deeply touched me. They did everything with great precision, quietly and joyfully. I think this work is a beautiful remembrance to enjoy every moment.
