I work predominantly in the medium of photography, but also include installations and objects. The projects that I make are usually very intimate, personal and enigmatic.The general motifs that exist in my photographs involve nature, silence and stillness, often circulating around human being. Despite the apparent simplicity in the composition of the images, there is an implicit complexity.The photographs themselves are not just illustrative portrayals, they take the dialogue between the nature and the human being. In my work I'm following those words by Sally Mann: „The things that are close to you are the things you can photograph the best. And unless you photograph what you love, you are not going to make good art.”
