Past and present in Armenia

This is a collection of photo's I made during my stay in Armenia in april/may 2014. First I photographed the annual commemoration of the genocide on Armenians in 1915 which takes place at the memorial monument on Tsitsemakaberd hill near Yerevan. After that I travelled to various places besides Yerevan, a.o.Gjumri, Sevan, Noratus and Dilijan to find images of Armenian past and sometimes present.
