Wherever we go I carry my camera and always scan the environment for something appealing. One series is "Drive-By" shooting and often is focused through the driver's window, a tight squeeze and can offer some amusing surprises and some sublime ocean views. Shooting at night gives an eerie blur and an effect not unlike pastels. Other series include the digital Orchid Requiem and Naked Lunch as well as camera work chronicling the happenings in my backyard. Common subjects are the oil platforms I call Pirate Ships, the ubiquitous towers and poles, contrails and birds, as well as the life and death tales of the garden.
