You Are Not Alone

These candid street portraits were taken in 2015 and 2016 during several trips in Europe and Latin America. They catch moments of social interaction on park benches, which - throughout continents, despite cultural and generational differences and against privatization of public spaces - are places where people leave loneliness behind. And where people sit alone, they share that very moment with the photographer.
