Abstract Melbourne

I would like to believe that my images are pushing beyond the expected and that they offer a different way of looking at the built environment, especially the contemporary one. My main inspiration for this project is the city itself. I feel extremely lucky to live in such a diverse, design rich, ever expanding and evolving city like Melbourne. There is something interesting at every corner, from a 19th Century Neo Gothic building like St Patricks Cathedral to the Deconstructivist style of the Federation Square, an Art Nouveau building like the City Baths or the New Millennium style of the Docklands precinct. This is my way of giving something back to Melbourne, even if it’s only my vision of it’s architecture.
