D-Day, seventy years after

In the summer of 2014 I visited the beaches where the Allied Forces landed on June 6th 1944, the day which became known as D-Day. Allthough it was impressing to visit these spots of heroism and death I was also fascinated by the way tourism has taken over the sites, though in a respectfull way. I focussed on this subject with my camera which resulted in this story
