The faces of a womans war

This project involves 21 portraits of female soldiers. While always part of "war" they have earned their (official) place in the army since their first introduction more than 40 years ago. Ranging all ages, and all sorts of characters. Yet they are still very outnumbered and as so very prone to visibility and remarks. Therefor they have to be just and correct. one failure and everybody would have seen it. These women show the place of the female soldier in history through a historic photographic process.
