Oktoberfest in Munich / Germany takes place every year during the last two weeks in September and the first week in Oktober. The festival dates back to the year 1810 in which Therese and King Ludwig got married. Formerly it used to be a horse race. Nowadays the festival consists of rollercoasters, beer tents, food stalls and a few traditional entertainment venues.
