In The Darkness There Was Always Light

These photos are taken from a recent 2 month trip to India, where, more often than not, I found that despair was replaced by optimism. Despite the poverty there always seemed to be a sense of hope. In the darkness there was always light. Shot entirely on film, I used Kodak Ektar to capture the warmth of the people and the ever-present vibrance of India.
