The following photographs are independent in essence. They were harvested between 2014 and 2015 and belong to no specific project or series. However, they stand for my truest interest in representing human beings in conflict with their environments. Often as close as my own home-city, casually as far as a family vacation, my own two feet guide my artistic quest. If I were forced to find a silver thread connecting my work, I would search for it as I retrace the labyrinth of the most prosaic scenes in life; those things that are so simple and ordinary that do not need a definition.
