Take a seat

No matter how unusual and exciting the environment around me maybe, when I raise a camera to my eye it is most often the strangeness and beauty of the mundane and ordinary that captures my attention. “Take a seat” is an on going project which celebrates seats and sitting in different environments and cultures. While the locations are often diverse, the photographs point to a shared human experience. These nine pictures explore a theme of taking time for ones self.
