Windows In Auschwitz

All the photographs were taken in a single barrack building in this old WW2 concentration camp during a hot July day a couple of years ago. What struck me at the time was the contrast between the beautiful architectural forms of these windows with the rose coloured glass panels and the afternoon light compared to the grim history of where these windows are actually located.
