Pictorial Paths

Pictorial reminiscences make the surface appear as if it were dotted with splashes of color, “fixing” the extraordinary simplicity of reality with light. Along the line that marks a division and - at the same time - unites languages and figurative expressions. The editing tecnique strips the image of the “hic et nunc”, but we always can find a notation to the present, which brings us back to the time of shooting, in a dialectical movement between a timeless, ideal, image and the reality of the shot. So the work on light overlaps with a reflection over time.
