Between Heaven and Earth

The New Mexican landscape is unforgiving, sublime, and enormous. The sky and the earth are primal here, keeping to a rhythm that answers to no creature. At any given hour, the heavens and the earth are interacting in what seems an infinite variety of ways, evoking thoughts of creation and destruction--or more often, no thought, simply awe.
