I have a love affair with flowers, and indeed, who doesn't. This essay is only of tulips, their varied forms and spectacular beauty. They were found at the famous Keukenhof Garden in the Netherlands, known as the largest spring garden in Europe. My exploratory photography of flowers is ongoing. Black and white compositions engender mystery and a sense of wonder, with an unexpected dimension that the human eye cannot directly experience, since our world is colored.
