I consider everybody equal. I want to raise the value of the common people.
There is a place in Helsinki, open every day in the year, where you are free to enter, read daily papers and use computers. Also there is free porridge to eat and coffee and tea very cheap.
The visitors are men and women, unemployed, retired or people who just need to use computer or read daily papers.
Only restriction is that you can't use drugs or alcohol or be intoxicated. They also support non-drug/alcohol life. Some of the personnel are volunteers.
I had possibility spend some days in that place at the time I was studying journalism. For me, as a photographer, it was a natural choice to as permission to photograph the visitors.
I wanted to select only men in my set.
