I bought my first 35mm camera in 2004 at the age of 17. Photography has been my favorite way to examine my surroundings, and document what I come across in life. I studied anthropology in college and the camera was a tool I often had by my side. After getting mu degree, I went back to Northeast Pennsylvania, where I grew up and started living off the grid, doing construction work and snow removal. In 2014 I enlisted into the navy and have been on active duty orders stationed at sea and now Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. I bring my cameras everywhere I go, and continue to tell stories when I can, but have yet to get my work out there. Until recently, I've been in survival mode for more or less my entire life, and am finally starting to gather my gear, technology and resources in order.
