I was born in 1973 in a small provincial town in Belgium. After my studies as a translator, I enrolled in film school and that's where I first got in touch with photography.
Life took me in many different directions. I worked for TV, theater and advertising, started traveling, became a scuba instructor, moved to the tropics and lived a salty life.
At a certain point, I decided to start taking a professional camera down with me. Initially, I just wanted to show people the beauty of the ocean but
today, my one and only goal is to create awareness.
We live on a blue planet and it is about time we start to take much MUCH better care of it!
