I was born in 1951 in Georgia. In 1978 I graduated from the Tbilisi Polytechnic Institute - an engineer of automation and remote control. Since 1980 I have been a professional freelance photographer. Self-taught! I worked in various organizations of the former Soviet Georgia! After the collapse of the Soviet Union, traveled to Europe. In recent years I have lived in London and worked as a freelance photojournalist for Demotics, Corbis, newspaper Socialist and Kommersant - Moscow. ...
