Bruno Bravo is a Brazilian social documentary photographer and photojournalist.
He is involved into a deeply sensitive work, photographing his 5 year-old daughter in a project called Never let me go. He has done it since she even hadn't born and he will keep doing it till the day she leaves home. He wants to interpret her attitude before the whole world, her frustrations, her fears, her love, the way she starts to fit the world.
He also is documenting the life of transgenders in Brazil.
Part of those projects were exhibited in 5th Biennial of Fine Art and Documentary Photography, Barcelona, October 4-21, 2018. Recently he was awarded in the 2nd Charles Dodgson BW, 2018.
Bruno Bravo engages photography as a means of storytelling and understanding of human complexity.
