I have been photographing for 60 years and started with the simplest of cameras. I am a serious amateur and have contributed to news photography, nature, portrait, aerial and sports. My early influences include Ansel Adams, Dorothea Lange, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Berenice Abbot, Philippe Halsman. It's a diverse mix that encouraged me to see the composition first, before recording it.
