Born in Sicily and working as an architect, I packed my bags in 2015 and moved to Australia to follow my passion for photography.
I arrived with no family, no friends and very little English. But, I had lots of creativity, determination and passion to be a photographer.
My training as an architect and photography experience has given me a unique eye and ability to apply design principles and techniques to the images I create. I have applied this combination to my final portfolio in the Diploma of Photography and Photo Imaging.
During this ‘strange’ year, I have improved my skills and specialised in food and product photography, while trying to bring a different way of viewing something that seems obvious. What you see is not always what you get, and I hope the images in my portfolio stimulate your imagination.
