Minjin Kang was born in 1986 in Seoul, South Korea. She moved to the United States in 2008 where she received her BFA at School of the Art Institute of Chicago (2011). In 2014, she acquired her MFA at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her works were represented by Nikon Korea and exhibited in nationally and internationally such as Asia Contemporary Art Show in Hong Kong, ARPNY & bcs Gallery in New York and LACDA (Los Angeles Center for Digital Art). Also, she has been selected as a Critical Mass 2017 Finalist.
